Angelica Panganiban (born Angelica Panganiban) is an Filipino American model, television host and comic. Panganiban has been referred to as the Queen of Drama in different media. Her versatility and her experience as an actor is well acknowledged. The name angelica roots implies only the root of the plant is employed. The youngest contestant ever to compete on the show, she came in second. The year 2012 was the year that Angelica Hale was just 4 years old she became very sick with a double pneumonia attributed to an aggressive strep pneumococcal infective bacteria. She desperately needed medical assistance that could save her life and was put on ECMO life support at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta Egleston. The patient became septic and suffered several organ failures, including the kidneys that did not recover. Her new norm was hemodialyses and peritoneal-dialysis. After having spent 80 days in the hospital her condition changed from close to death, and then a lengthy recuperation road. Angelica endured dialysis treatments for over a decade half of that time before she was able to undergo her kidney transplant. The kidney she would receive from her mom. Angelica together with her mom, underwent an organ transplant successfully on the 13th of September, 2013 at two amazing hospitals that were situated right next to each other: Emory University Hospital & Children's Healthcare of Atlanta Egleston. Angelica Hale, a young teenager from Atlanta, who always dreamed of becoming an actress and a singer she is still working toward that goal.
